A neighborhood bakery with something for everyone

Guox Co started with a simple idea: bring the warmth of a real bakery into Chattanooga's East Side — where the bread is fresh, the shelves are stocked with things you actually want, and the people behind the counter know your name.

We bake in small batches every morning. Our sourdough ferments slowly. Our pastries are made from scratch. And our grocery section is curated the way you'd curate your own pantry — with care, not convenience alone.
